Class Discipline and Rules

Rules:

• Follow directions quickly and quietly the 1st time.
• Raise your hand and wait for permission to speak .
• Keep rude comments, hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.
• Keep work area clean with necessary materials ready.
• Walk in a single line and wait quietly in the halls.

If a student does not follow the rules in the classroom, then the student will get a color pulled.  Each color has a consequence.

            Green-        EXCELLENT!

            Yellow-       Warning

            Orange-      Sit in time-out for 2 minutes.

            Blue-           TAP- 8 minutes

            Red-            Sent to the Principal’s office.

Your child will bring their folder home every night.  The calendar will be stamped with the color they received at the end of the day.  A Parent or guardian needs to initial by the stamp showing me you have seen the behavior notice.  The binder will also have important papers and your child’s work for the day. Your child needs to bring their folders back every day clean and ready for the next day.
