In the story of Mr. Everybody, or Mr. E, there is a musical apartment. We call his apartment the staff:
Mr. E lives on the ground floor, or bottom line. When Mr. E is a quarter note he looks like this:
In the basement live Crazy Cat and Dumb Dog. Crazy Cat is Crazy because she walks on the clothes line. When Crazy Cat is a quarter note she looks like this:
Dumb Dog is dumb because he tries to walk on the line too and chase Crazy Cat. He ends up hanging from the ceiling. When Dumb Dog is a quarter note he looks like this:
Funny Face is the Ghost that lives in the space above Mr. E's line:
Good Guy lives on the second floor, you have to take the stairs or elevator to get to his house:
Always Awful lives in the second space. (He has red eyes, but you don't see that here, only in the book.):
Bad Boy lives on the second line.
