Monday:
Today we will begin working with the vocabulary and concepts from Chapter 5. We will practice pronunciation of words associated with food and take notes over how to conjugate -ar and -er verbs in Spanish. We will further review the vocabulary and grammar structures on pages 142 and 143. Homework will be to learn the new endings for -ar and -er verbs, and study flashcards. Notes will be taken over the verbs beber, comer, and vivir.
Tuesday:
We will have 10 minutes of partnered vocabulary practice followed by more notes on verb conjugation. We will take notes over leer vender, and escribir. We will do the exercises on pages 144 and 145, and workbook pages 45 and 46 for homework. I will take grades on the flashcards for vocab 1-45 that the students should have completed last week.
Wednesday:
We will have 10 minutes of vocabulary practice with a "last student standing" game followed by more notes on verb conjugation. We will take notes over comprender, recibir, and the irregular verb VER. We will review pronuciation of vocabulary pages 146 and 147. We will do the activities pn pages 148 and 149. Homework is workbook pages 47 and 48.
Thursday:
We will practice vocab with heads or tails outer/inner circles activity. We will have our quiz over vocabulary words 1-45 then begin working on the grammar structure of er and ir verbs in detail. We will read pages 150 and 151, and do the exercises on page
151. Classwork and homework will be worksheets on ir and er verbs.
Friday:
We will have vocab practice for 10 minutes with the "around the world game". We will review worksheets We will do exercises 15-17, and then infogap activity H 6. Homework: Finish flashcards for the remainder fo the chapter.
