9th week outline

Monday:

Culture day.  We will share food from different cultures around the world and we will learn how to salsa dance!

Tuesday

We will practice vocabulary.  We will learn the numbers from 100-10,000 by playing a dice game called 10,000.  We will do exercises 7-9 page 82.  Homework is workbook pages 21 & 22.

Wednesday:

We will review vocabulary and do exercises 10-13 p. 83.  Students wil be given a sheet of paper with vocabulary words on it and they will have to tape the vocabulary to the object without using their books.  Homework will be a worksheet on numbers.

Thursday:

We will review vocabulary with partners.  We will review –ar verb conjugation by reading page 84 in the textbook and then doing activities 14-17 page 85.  Students will be given a verb worksheet to do for homework.

Friday:

We will review vocabulary by doing a pronunciation chain.  Then we will do exercises 18 and 19 page 86.  We will create a short 2-person skit using activity 20 as a model.  We will review TU V. Usted page 87 and do exercises 21 & 22 page 87.  Students will be assigned workbook pages 23-26 as homework.
