I am returning to Godley ISD for my second year as a Special Education Teacher. Last year I was the Resource English/Language Arts teacher and this year I will be the Content Mastery Teacher. I had the privilege of teaching in the Godley ISD in the early 80's and when I made the decision to return to teaching last year, the decision was easy to return to Godley.

Since I was here in the 80's I have taught in Granbury ISD,, as well as served as an Educational Diagnostician, Special Programs Coordinator and Director,  (In Granbury and Lake Worth ISD) Curriculum Coordinator,  Assistant Principal at an Intermediate School, Principal of the Hood County Juvenile Justice Center and even had a stint in "Corporate America " serving as an officer in a company and as a Director of a program for persons with mental retardation. After a brief unemployment, I realized I missed teaching so I began to make my way back to the classroom and to Godley ISD.

I am married with four grown children and five grandchildren. I live in the Granbury area with my husband, daughter and my twin grand babies.I have a daughter in Germany, a son in New Jersey and a daughter in Abilene as well.

I look forward to another great year in the Godley ISD
