Born and raised in Abilene, TX, graduated high school from Abilene Cooper. Attended New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs, NM, played baseball for one year. The following year, attended and played baseball at Mclennan Community College in Waco, TX. Recieved degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX Dec. '05, also played baseball. Degree is in Sports Sciences. Married Laura Freeman from Cleburne, TX on March 11th 2006. My Wife and I just had our first child (Branson Dale Gibbs) on June 7th 2007. Currently living in Cleburne, TX.
