Beginning my ninth year of teaching but my first at Godley Middle School has been a great experience. After 24 years of living in Fort Worth, my husband, Tom and I are eagerly anticipating a move to rural Tarrant County very soon. We are delighted to find such friendly people in our new "country" neighborhood! Our family includes Clay, employed in our family business and our married son Craig, his wife, Wendy and their baby, Ethan, our 1 year old grandson.
My goals for students in my Godley Middle School 8th grade reading classes are not only strengthened reading skills, but also more enthusiam for reading as a wonderful way to spend free time and learn more about our world. Providing time and opportunities for reading at home is invaluable and encouraged!
