Marcy Cook Using Math Centers in the Class Room
I am originally from California, born at Riverside Community Hospital. I spend the first sixteen years of my life living in the Hemet – San Jacinto valley. My family and I lived on a dairy there. From California we moved to Stephenville, Texas, where I finished out my last two years of high school. I went to college at Tarleton State University for a year and a half and then transferred to The University of Texas at Arlington where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering.
Shortly after graduating I met Tom and we got married. We decided to move and settle in Granbury. Tom and I have a lot of pets. We have 3 dogs, four aquariums, and1 snake. We enjoy fishing, hunting, gardening, playing with the dogs and going to the races. My favorite subject is mathematics. This is my third year teaching at Godley Middle School.
